The BEVS 3232 explosion-proof automatic spray plate workstation adopts a portable paint syringe injector, which can not only achieve low-dose paint spraying and quick replacement of paint samples, but also requires no cleaning. The design of a sealed and controllable "spray booth" can make this workstation widely used in production workshops, laboratories, and other places.

The BEVS 3232 explosion-proof automatic spraying workstation is operated through human-computer interaction. The operator places the substrate board on the X-axis rotating platform, places the injector containing paint at the designated position on the Z-axis, closes the operation door, and starts the equipment to automatically complete the spraying according to the preset program.

◆ Two axis (X, Y) automatic control, Z-axis spray gun distance adjustable; X. The Y-axis runs automatically according to the established program, while the Z-axis manually adjusts the distance between the spray guns according to actual needs.

The device can store hundreds of spraying programs and can be directly called.

Users can customize the programming spraying program: input parameters such as spraying movement speed, spraying atomization pressure, spraying frequency, starting and ending spraying positions, etc. After confirmation, it will automatically spray according to the set parameters. After saving, it will be called directly next time.

The interface displays in real-time the current number of sprayed times and the remaining number of sprayed times.
